Where can I download office 2003 home & student??? - ( how to keep from activating office 2003 0

My house burned down in February, and took my computer and all my files with him. Recently I found a key in a stack of papers that can be saved. Where can I get this version of Office and activate my key? Is this legal? I went to microsoft.com, but all I could find, had downloaded Service Packs for this version, and 2007 test (tested ... hated). I need Office (including Word and Excel) to catch our business this year (the last few years) had the team.
