A progress bar appears and then disappears pays for the text "Delete temporary files". I tried it again, the installation files in a folder in "My Documents", but again is WinZip. Here are my four best estimates:
1. You can not have enough space to extract the files. Watch the downloaded file, then make sure that twice as much space on drive C: \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\.
2. You need to unzip the files in the folder first. If you end the installation executable file in. This is done automatically, and you can go to # 3. If the file ends in. Must manually extracting Zip files with WinZip. Do not try to run the program WinZip. Open setup.exe then the extracted files and run or install.exe.
3. The downloaded file is corrupted. Download it again. We have tried to remove and reinstall.
4. You have downloaded the wrong version of the installation. Be sure to choose which version of Windows XP CanoScan.
Hope this helps.
